kakashi's old teammate was an uchia and had one. he gave kakashi his eyes since he was crushed under a huge bolder and dying, kakashi's eye was also slashed on that mission

no he never was, rin, kakashi's other teammate attached the eye
from obito uchia onto kakashi because obito was dying and that was his wish
